After Sandro Rolleri came his sons Marco and Francesco. After 10 years, the company converted its business into the production and marketing of tools for press brakes under its own brand name. In 1997 the change of pace laid the foundations for the numbers that the group controls today.

In 2000, the first trade fairs abroad and the name began to travel miles. The first foreign subsidiaries are established, and a strong and recognisable sales strategy is structured worldwide.

2007 also saw the start of Rolleri Cultura d'Impresa, which specialises in HR research and selection, business management, marketing and communication.

2018
Between 2018 and 2019, Rolleri Spa further expanded its business by acquiring the company Tecmu I.E. Srl and the company Gm Machinery Srl, through Fametec Srl. The Rolleri Holding group was thus born.

During 2021 Rolleri Holding Spa completes another business development operation with the acquisition of the company Mac Srl. Mac Srl completes the project for the development of transversal skills and know-how and moves towards the realisation of new high-tech projects.
