Rolleri Manufacturing

Rolleri Manufacturing S.r.l. was founded with the aim of carrying out mechanical processing with a fleet of cutting-edge machines and highly qualified operators.

Production standards are also guaranteed by the control systems envisaged for each processing phase.

Rolleri Manufacturing is certified ISO 9001, (and all other certifications).
A characteristic of our production consists in the realisation of parts mainly machined with:

• machining centres
• CNC milling machines
• tangential grinding machines
• 4-axis grinding
• CNC lathes
• wire EDM machines

The fleet of machines available also offers the possibility of machining different materials and with dimensions that, in the case of grinding, can reach 10 metres in length.

Rolleri Manufacturing has also invested in additive technology with an avant-garde plant capable of producing parts with a working range of 350 x 350 x 300.
We use 3 different types of materials for these processes and are able to produce a prototype in just a few hours from a 3D drawing.

Another department of Rolleri Manufacturing is represented by the metrology laboratory with various instruments such as:

• digital altimeters
• 3D portal measuring machine
• profilometer

In addition to instruments for dimensional checks, we have durometers for testing the strength and hardness of materials.
