According to the many studies in the field of sociology and specifically addressing the issue of wellbeing in the company, we have decided to undertake various initiatives aimed at creating a positive, collaborative working environment that offers continuous stimuli to all employees.

WELFARE POLICY

Rolleri Holding S.p.a. wanted at first to create a safe working environment and in fact it got ISO 45001 certification. However, "wellbeing" at Rolleri Holding also means having scheduled opportunities to meet with managers, organising company meetings, having team-building experiences together, sharing qualitative and quantitative targets on an annual basis and, above all, knowing about the company's development projects through timely, clear and precise communication.
